When 張達明’s wife was so sick that she was about to die, he arranged a farewell party for her, so that she can say goodbye to her friends. That reminds me of Morrie in "Tuesdays with Morrie".
I don’t know what I would do. I know I would be sad, but I also know that one day we will see each other again.
Let's say -- what would *you* do if you knew that you were about to die?
ReplyDeleteI am reminded of this story where this priest (or maybe one of the saints -- I forget) was working in his garden one day, and somebody asked him what he would do if God suddenly appeared out of the blue and told him that he had only 10 more minutes to live.
The response: "I would like to finish printing this row."
I wonder. When it's my turn to go, I hope that I will be as ready.
如 Morrie 說,
ReplyDelete"學會死亡, 才學會活著"
好好的珍惜.
I heard a similar story about Saint Dominic from the Salesian Brothers. His response was something like: I would continue to do whatever I am doing.
ReplyDeleteI was about 12 when I first heard the story, and St. Dominic died very young. I remember being very impressed by how ready he was.
Luckily, there are many methods in safely removing
ReplyDeleteunwanted hair. Since these goods are made
from plant extracts, seed oils and hair only twice in a week.
The product should be one that is made for your type of hair,
whether it be dry, oily, curly or straight.
