The items in the first photograph appear in a poster.
The poster is promoting a writing competition in a local university.Ironic, isn't it? A poster for a writing competition that is strewn with errors?
Often the problem is not that a person is not capable of writing better. It is more likely that the person does not make the effort to write better.

You are right, of course. I had nothing to do with the poster. I merely took the photograph. :)
