While we are talking about food, one of my favourite topics, I have to show you this cheese cake, one of my wife’s signature dishes.I don’t know how to make it. All I know is that there is a lot of cream cheese and some lemon juice in it. No baking needed. The strawberries are mainly for decoration.
And it is good. Creamy and smooth. Sweet but not overwhelming. Enhanced with the tanginess of lemon juice. I can eat two slices in one go.
Actually my wife makes other cheese cakes as well, equally good.
