I am not opposed to telling your loved one you love her on Valentine’s Day. But I am opposed to spending a lot of money buying overpriced chocolates, flowers, expensive gifts and the like for Valentine’s Day. There must be better ways to say “I love you.”So what did I do? I wrote my wife a letter. Actually a special entry in a journal that I have been writing for her for years - although I have to admit I have not been writing very frequently lately. As to the contents of the journal? That is between me and her.
